2010 Conference - Spring into Homeschooling

NOTE: Parking is across from the church. Please do not cross the street! Enter the street entrance of the building adjacent to the parking lot. Take the stairs to your left and enter the tunnel below to cross the street.

$5 per person (Please pre-register!)

Choosing a curriculum that works for you!  with homeschool mom of 18 years, Joanne Wallace.  Learn how to choose a curriculum that will keep everyone happy and find ways to make your homeschool experience something that everyone will enjoy!

Homeschooling Q&A panel with workshop presenters!   This will be an open time to take your questions about homeschooling.

"Our One Room Schoolhouse" with Christine Link.  "You have 5 children and you homeschool them all?!"  " Well, GOD BLESS you!"  We hear that all the time and we do feel blessed.  Our One Room Schoolhouse covers PreK through High School all at the same time! Come share some of the challenges, practical management skills, and encouragement that you may need now or in the future when it comes to a full house and the commitment to educate each child!  IF you have ever asked yourself... " How can I do this" or "How does she make it work?"  Come and find out!

 

Coordinating Homeschool Co-ops with Mary Goff. A homeschool co-op, or cooperative: a group in which every family member participates, to provide classes for their students.  The group can be as small as two families or as big as fifty families.Learn the benefits of all types of Co-ops.

 

Getting Your Homeschooled Student into College  Cindy Clarkin and homeschooled graduates, Ian Lonngren, Ruth Clarkin, and Hannah Piecuch (Clarkin), will be contributing to this workshop.
